i have a blackberry x ive never had problems with this phone before but yesterday i had a problem. i left it to charge up and went i went back on the phone the buttons were not working. like with my delete button when i pressed it it went on the blackberry symbol menu. the alt button is on and when i tried taking it off it went to symbols. the blackberry wont let me do anything. what can i do
