the only reason i haven"t called to sort my phone as yet is because the information provided by yourselves was excellent and since i have put my phone off the window and not taken it to work with me where it can be quite damp at times the problem seems at the moment to have gone away ! if it does happen again i will have no hesitation to call again and send my phone to yourself.

This is comes under a service more than a fault, Unlocking is when a mobile phone is locked to one particular network and you want it to work on another network or to work on all networks.

Faulty Keypad
Sometimes on mobile phones the keypad can become faulty and no longer respond or some of the keys will no longer work. This is usually caused by dirt or debris under the keypad and between the keys, it can also be caused by knocks and drops and even just wear out over time.
